RTW programs

A Return to Work(RTW) Program outlines the organisation's commitment to the care of injured workers including the provision of suitable duties and outlines the steps to be followed to ensure that this happens and that legislative requirements are met.

RTW Programs must be developed by all Category 1 employers.  Category 2 employers may develop their own program, choose to adopt their insurer's or WorkCover's RTW program or download the attached program and make appropriate changes e.g. insert organisation name.  Program must be displayed and made available to all staff.
