A recent case against Telstra by an employee who claimed she feel down the stairs whilst working from home on 2 occasions highlights the need for employers to assess the home environment before allowing such work arrangements.  A working from home checklist is available on the disability safe website under hazards/risks - plant/equipment-office safety.  This can be used by a manager or an individual employee.
