Shared RTW Coordinator
Our Shared RTW Coordinator, Ross Mitchell has commenced with NDS. Ross has experience working for a Workers Compensation insurer as well as an Occupational Rehabilitaiton provider.
He is providing a RTW function for a number of organisations with the goal of ensuring early intervention to facilitate an early return to work so as to minimise the effect of the injury and reduce the cost of claims and effect on premiums. Where this service demonstrates such benefits NDS will look at expanding it to other interested organisations.
