WHS legislation briefings completed
Whilst the model WHS regulations have not yet been released training on the WHS Act has now occured with over 150 particiipants attending. Copies of terminology for the new legislation is attached and able to be printed and used in your workplaces. The case study exercises with answers used during the briefings are also attached. WorkCover NSW has placed all the powerpoint slides used for the training on their website and can be found at this link. Frequently asked questions have now been placed under the reference material tabon this website. Workshops on the Regulations and Codes of Practice will be held as soon as possible but are dependent on the relevant authorities releasing final versions.
