Benchmarking is not going to be undertaken again until July 2012. The form below can be used to collect information. You might like to collect quarterly or just update it as you go so that you have a figure for the financial year. You can also use the form to report to your board and help them meet their due diligence requirements under the WHS legislation. You can email the completed form to susan.smith@nds.org.au or fax to 02 9256 3123. Read the support information for details of the definitions etc. The more organisations that undertake this the more reliable the information.
